SUP Yoga

Our SUP yoga classes provide a true core workout as you engage in traditional poses. We also offer SURF FIT classes to help you get in shape for paddle board and surf season.

Summer Yoga classes are offered by appointment on an individual or private group basis for 2 to 8 people. You’ll get to paddle around the island, anchor off and practice yoga, and paddle around again after class.

Winter SUP Yoga classes are at 8 a.m. every Sunday at Ecker Hill Middle School.

Classes are $50 for an individual and $35 per person for 2 to 8 people and include equipment and a pre- and post-class paddle. Please call 801-558-9878 or email parkcitysup@gmail.com to arrange a class.
